the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay i especially appreciated the receptionist ismail he was a hard worker i found this place easy to recommend to others. the hotel is a short drive from the airport making it practical before a flight the staff also helped book a taxi for me at a fair price. the breakfast had sweet savory and fruit options i found restaurants and services in the street near the hotel.

the swimming pool is quite small and metal needs fixing.

the hotel staff were consistently friendly and polite i received help from hashim sufiya nohela hasna and ayub they were quite helpful. reception staff facilitated a room transfer to one with a balcony without any problems i appreciated their assistance.

The staff was really kind and spoke several languages! It was great that the hotel was close to restaurants too, about 50 yards away.

the room had a strange smell, like pickles or sewage! The bed was hard like plyboard, so it was difficult to rest well.

i found the location quite convenient for getting around, i used the taxis parked right outside the front door. the hotel had a sunny pool area i enjoyed. the hotel staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. i have to say the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to start my day, so i was very satisfied.

i did experience some inconvenience with the wifi, as the signal was not strong in the room so it was not so pleasant.

the hotel is near palais de congres, it took about five minutes to walk. taxis wait outside the building, this makes travel very accessible. it is a short ride to get to gueliz and medina from the hotel.

the staff members were very kind and helpful. they provided water to us even before we exchanged money. i had a junior suite that included a tv and a living space. a fridge and a locker were also available in the room.

the room decor looked somewhat dated. also, the wifi signal was not strong. it did not work most of the time, actually.
